  1. General Booking Information

    Advance Booking: Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

    Booking Confirmation:: Your booking will be confirmed only after full payment or a deposit, as indicated. The client will receive confirmation via WhatsApp and a detailed voucher.

  2. Payment Methods:

    • PRICES: All prices are listed in Brazilian reais (BRL).

    • CHANGES: The itinerary and restaurants may change without prior notice while maintaining GRETADEVIAJE’s quality standards.

    • Foreign Debit Cards: Considered as credit in Brazil, with a 5% surcharge (no installment payments).

    • Brazilian Credit Cards: 5% surcharge and option to pay in up to 6 installments with a 15% fee.

    • Pix or Debit (Brazilian cards): No additional charges.

  3. Cancellation and No-Show Policies

    CANCELLATIONS:

    • Cancellations within 7 days of purchase: full refund (if the purchase was made outside the commercial establishment).

    • Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance: 20% penalty; the remaining balance becomes credit valid for 6 months.

    • Cancellations less than 48 hours before or No Show: no refund.

    • Tours are not canceled due to bad weather (rain or cloudy days).

    NO SHOW: Failure to appear or cancellation less than 48 hours in advance. Showing up with fewer participants than reserved results in a 100% penalty and no refund.

    RESCHEDULING:

    Allowed only once, with a 20% fee.

    If there is a price difference between low and high season, the client must pay the difference.

  4. Children Policies:

    CITY TOURS:

    • Ages 0–2: Free (on lap).

    • Ages 3–4: Pays half admission for Sugarloaf Mountain (on lap).

    • Ages 5–10: Pays 50% and entitled to a seat.

    DOCUMENTS:

    • A valid ID (original or copy) for both children and adults is mandatory.

  5. Boarding and Transportation

    BOARDING:

    • Clients must be ready in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before pickup.

    • A 5-minute waiting tolerance applies.

    • Wait for the guide in the designated visible area.

    • Transportation may change without notice due to weather or force majeure.

  6. Responsibilities and Recommendations

    CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Take care of personal belongings (the company is not responsible for items left in vehicles).

    • Be punctual and at the agreed meeting point.

    • Respect bus etiquette and comply with Law No. 6626 (prohibiting alcohol consumption in vehicles).

    • Cover return costs in case of abandonment or withdrawal from the tour.

    • “GRETA DE VIAJE” RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Ensure the group’s safety and well-being.

      • Immediately resolve any mechanical issues with transportation.

      • Make necessary changes to guarantee service continuity.

  7. Destination-Specific Information:

    ARRAIAL DO CABO:

    • The Fishermen’s Association fee must be paid in cash at the pier.

    • Boat tours may be canceled due to weather or safety reasons.

    • Recommended: bring cash, sunscreen, towel, and light jacket.

    BÚZIOS:

    • Boat stops do not have direct beach access; flotation devices are available.

    • Swimming is recommended only for confident swimmers.

    • Recommended: bring cash, sunscreen, towel, and light jacket.

    ANGRA DOS REIS:

    • Two boat stops have no beach access; flotation devices are available.

    PETRÓPOLIS IMPERIAL:

    • Original ID required for children.

    • Warm clothing recommended due to altitude.

    CITY TOUR EN RÍO:

    • ID required to verify identity.

    • Lunch during Christ the Redeemer + City Tour is optional and charged separately.

    BOARDING FEES:

    • ARRAIAL DO CABO: Pier boarding fee and transfer fee to the pier.

    • BÚZIOS: Pier boarding fee.

    • ANGRA DOS REIS: Pier boarding fee.

  8. Airport Transfer Service:

    AIRPORT PICK-UP:

    The client must provide full flight details (flight number, arrival time, and terminal) to ensure smooth pickup service.

    WAITING AND PUNCTUALITY:

    • The agency will wait up to 1 hour after the scheduled flight arrival.

      vuelo. If the client does not appear within this time, it will be considered a No Show with no refund.

  9. General Information:

    • The voucher is valid after payment confirmation.

    • Each client must present photo ID if required by authorities.

    • We are not responsible for services provided by third-party suppliers.

    • During peak seasons or major events, traffic delays may occur.

    • Check with your sales agent to confirm that your tour return time is compatible with scheduled flights or meetings.
